Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want our customers to be happy! If you change your mind and no longer want the service after you've purchased it, you have 24 hours to request a refund. We are happy to issue a refund if the service has not already been completed. If the service is completed, you are not eligible for a refund as the digital service has been delivered and can't be returned. 

Any customer returning to us after the 24-hour cooling-off period for a refund will be considered, but not guaranteed.

If you purchase a service and it does not work because you have transferred already, despite all of our warnings, no refund will be issued and a new account will not be done for free. Please read our tutorials prior to purchasing. This is essential.
