2) What if I'm banned?
That is the risk involved in modding a game! Thankfully here at ModMyGame, we offer ban warranty free with every order, so you can rest assured if your account is banned, we will mod a new account for you free of charge! The ban risk associated with using our service is next to none!
3) What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept every major Credit or Debit Card through a secure payment page.
4) How long does it take for delivery?
We guarantee that your account will be modded within 24 hours of purchasing, however it takes 30 days to process services. So your next gen accounts can transfer after this 30 day period. PS3 orders are usually completed within 24 hours due to them not requiring a transfer. Pre-Orders typically take 1-10 days to deliver (but no longer than 30 days).
5) How does it work?
We own modded PS3 consoles. This allows us to mod PS3 accounts. So, we can offer this service to people on PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC! This is because of the transfer character feature. We mod accounts on PS3, then they can be linked to your Social Club and then you can transfer to the Next Gen platform of your choice provided you haven't used the feature in the past! The modded character you buy will replace your current character & progression.

6) I sent you guys a message in the live chat, but you didn't respond. Why?
We try our best to answer every live chat, however due to the large traffic on our site and the fact that we have set opening hours. We are a very small team of staff who work on this site and for that reason we physically can't always answer live chat questions. However, if you don't get a reply, don't fear! We reply to every email sent to us. In fact, it's the best method of contacting us!

7) Can I pay with PayPal?
No. We do not accept PayPal.
We accept all major cards like Visa, MasterCard etc. Our payment system is extremely secure with SSL encryption.
8) Do you guys mod GTA on Xbox 360?
Our service currently only works on PS3, Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
9) Can I get more than $500 Million?
We have capped the services at $500 Million to prevent your account from being banned or reset.
10) Can you install a mod menu on my account?
No. We do not provide any services that would ruin the in game experience for other players. We can only give your account Money, RP and Unlocks.
11) I bought your service already, can you top my account up with more money?
If you are on PS4, Xbox One or PC, no. Once an account has been modded & transferred to next gen, it can't be modded again. - However if you purchased for PS3, then yes! You can re-order as many times as you want!
12) Do I need to own PS3 console to buy a service on Xbox One, PC or PS4?
No! You just need a PSN account which can be created online by clicking here. If you have a PS4/PS3, you can just create it on your console.
13) Can I still play on my account while you mod it?
If you bought the PS3 service, then no. Please stay off your PS3 account until the service is completed. If you bought for PS4, Xbox One or PC, then yes! You can continue to play on it until we're completed :-)
14) Can you mod my account for free?
No, we don't do free services. However, follow us on twitter & like our facebook as we occasionally give away free accounts to our followers.
15) Why is there a 30 day wait before transferring a service?
A character must be created for 30 days before it is eligible to transfer successfully.
